Returns Policy
At OG1 Shilajit, we are committed to providing our customers with premium-quality products and exceptional service. However, we understand that you may occasionally need to return a purchase. Our returns policy complies with Google standards and ensures a seamless process for eligible returns.
Eligibility for Returns
You may return a product within 30 days of receiving it, provided it meets the following conditions:
- The product is in its original condition and packaging
- The product is unopened and has all seals intact
- Our refund is only based on the product cost it self – minus all other costs (including costs to our delivery partners)
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@og1shilajit.com, including “RETURN” and your Order Number in the email subject line. Once the returned product is received and its original condition is verified, we will process a refund.
Exceptions
We are unable to accept returns for the following:
- Products with broken seals, as this may pose contamination risks
- Opened, used, or damaged products
- Customised or personalised items
- If the refund was based on delivery issue that our delivery partner has accepted liability then a refund of product and delivery would be made once we get the refund back from the delivery partner
- Gift cards
- Customs from client country have sent back without clear reasoning as generally speaking, customs issues is clients responsibility (in such cases we aim to contact clients but we do not hold our selves responsible and state that clients should also contact us as we expect the client to check on their customs regulations and tracking progress
- Customs from client country whom returned a Trade or Wholesale orders/ samples if returned by customs or refused by customs. Please note in such cases this is the clients responsibility unless customs show we have made the customs entry incorrect with clear proof and evidences that we accept as in many cases customs are very vague and do not indicate clearly and in such cases we are not responsible
Additional Delivery/ Returns Policy Notes:
Free delivery items when returned and if the customer is due a refund this refund will have the delivery fee taken out as deliveries are paid to our delivery partners. Therefore if you purchased a £100 worth of supplements (with free delivery) for example and the delivery to the USA was £15 and you were issued a refund. Then you would be issued back the full amount excluding delivery that we paid to our delivery partner. We can also deduct the packaging costs as well under our discretion as our refund is only based on the product cost itself – minus all other costs.
If returned parcels come back to us for any reason, we expect the customer to contact and notify us of a return from themselves or customs (as we simply have so many parcels to deal with we clearly state it is 100% duty of the client to track their goods. If we receive a return with no communication from the customer then we are not obliged to investigate such parcels of why they have been returned and by whom, this as mentioned is duty of the customer.
As Shilajit is a food supplement, hygiene and contamination prevention are critical. For this reason, we reserve the right to decline any return request that does not comply with our policy.
