What is Shilajit?
Shilajit is a natural substance found in the mountains, known for its rich fulvic acid content and mineral composition. It has been used in traditional medicine for centuries to support overall health and vitality. Do not be fooled by 99% of Shilajit supply as it is mixed or low purity/potency!
How is your Shilajit sourced?
Our Shilajit is ethically harvested from highest global-altitude regions known as Karakoram (K2 mountain range), ensuring the highest quality and purity without harming the environment. Thereafter it goes under a 6 month sundried process of natural organic cold spring water.
What are the benefits of taking Shilajit?

How should I consume Shilajit?
Instructions for consuming Shilajit can vary depending on its form (e.g., resin, liquid powder capsules). If taking the resin / capsules generally, a small amount (0.2 to 1.0 grams) is dissolved in water or another liquid and taken once or twice daily. With liquid resin drops, simply use pipette and directly apply 1ml to 4ml directly in the mouth under the tongue and this will activate faster into the blood stream.
Are there any side effects of Shilajit?
Shilajit is considered safe for most people when consumed in recommended amounts. However, as with any supplement, it's important to consult with a healthcare provider before starting, especially if you have underlying health conditions or are taking other medications. Also we advise the product should be taken less than 0.3 grams if under 16 years old and as young as 12 years old. Above 16 years old 0.2 to 1.0 gram is appropriate but we always advise to get medical advice and own research online before consumption.
